The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a nice enough area, short walk to Casino and other attractions, falls, the edges. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making equipment in the room, liked that. The breakfast had variety of outstanding food and drinks.

Standard venue, though there were very good staff and rooms. The room was fantastic with breakfast included and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe.

Shame the bathroom was dirty.

I liked spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. Enjoyable stay for 4 nights, no complaints.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were not professional.

The hotel was pretty standard, clean, in a great area. Although some of the staff were quite rude, I had a fantastic stay. I loved the room with good view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The breakfast they served was not included, hope one day it will be better.

Pretty standard hotel with best possible location near an outlet in the Downtown Niagara Falls district.

The hotel itself was modern and fairly clean and the staff were best, it had super location to the falls.

Brilliant staff, the room was fashionable with super bed.

Facilities were amazing, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I loved stuff and rooms, as well as every other detail. Plenty of supplies in the room: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a writing desk.

Adorable personnel, nice pool plus quiet garden. Our room with a balcony facing the niagara river was generous-sized. Though you guys made our stay just perfect, beds were old. They provided plenty of awesome choices for breakfast that was included.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

Stayed here before, liked location and staff. Location: the hotel was right by the river and the falls and Casino. Also, Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino was in the immediate vicinity.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an ideal place for staying in Niagara Falls.

The hotel was in a fab location, I truly enjoyed very pretty room and well organized staff. Breakfast was generous - a wide range of food. Picturesque view of sea. The provided service was efficient too. Soft wines and cocktails in the lounge bar, easy parking place.

Amazing place with functional and bright rooms. This humble hotel had a remote setting. Also, a non - profit public aquarium was max 20 minutes walk to. The staff were eager to help, courteous service from them. Plus their wifi was fast...

It had not so great views.

Worth mentioning staff, very efficient service, mesmerizing views. Glamorous hotel conveniently located in the city. A magnificent stay with a brilliant swimming pool. Not to mention excellent wifi!

Everywhere was clean, staff were very supportive, lovely bed. My room was efficient with flat-screen TV, microwave and free tea. Lovely breakfast, exemplary service. Besides, I greatly enjoyed being able to park onsite.

Tidy place, PERFECT service, brilliant staff. Our room was fully renovated and the bed was super, we had a such wonderful experience. Daily coffee, fruit, butter, cereal and pastries for breakfast were perfect.

It was an outstanding hotel with very good internet. The staff was well-mannered and everything was spotless.

Many things to mention - pleasant rooms, patient staff, pretty good food. I slept so comfy in the so so comfy bed. A lot variety of food in the hotel, outdoor restaurant. I loved friendly reception. Moreover, free wifi in the rooms was awesome.

I greatly enjoyed brilliant location, remarkable staff. The bathroom was large and the room itself silent. The attached restaurant had affordable food and top-notch service.

I liked how the hotel looked, just perfect place. Property was neat. There was superb food, the staff was professional.

the room was beautifully decorated, the staff was excellent accommodating, superb food. nice sized suite and really comfy bed. it had a bathtub in the big size bathroom. the location was really pleasant, steps away from maid the mist.

Breakfast was perfect, and the room was very well decorated. Loved air conditioning, flat-screen TV and microwave in the room. Dedicated staff made the experience here really lovely. The wine bar was great and the drinks were fine.

Top-class people working here, special place. The room was exceptional and the facilities included fridge, cable TV and free tea. Tried tasty coffee, pastries, butter, fruit and cereals. Excellent value for money, you're getting efficient service😀🙂

We loved this so comfortable hotel and had a perfect time. Our room was fashioned with amazing bed, plus the location was best possible. The breakfast was nice size, with variety of different options.

Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Niagara Falls. The breakfast was appetising there, the beds where comfy, all you need for a real good stay. Room was impeccably clean, beautiful. The hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

Colorful and spotless hotel, loved it. The king room was fantastic and very relaxing, perfect for my needs. The management was cheerfull, as well as the staff.

We would recomand it as we had a perfect experience here. Good sized breakfast, nicely furnished room, VERY VERY NICE stuff. Our room had a comfy bed and a spectacular view. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Niagara Falls district.

The rooms are huge and the breakfast is satisfactory! We went to Bella Asian Cuisine, located metres from the hotel, to have some dinner. Besides, it offers free Wi Fi.

Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was loyal.

we planned to visit cave of the winds, that was 15 minutes on foot, so we stayed here. good position very close to third street art alley. free wifi worked well.

We were really close to some of our favourite spots such as Old Stone Chimney. Downtown Niagara Falls district won't disappoint you...
